This agreement takes effect as soon as you click the "Register" button or use any part of the bet bola platform, even if you do not complete the registration process in full. Your continued use of this platform constitutes acceptance of any changes to these terms.

To register and use bet bola's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Aged 18 years and above as of the date of registration. Bet bola takes the protection of minors from gambling seriously.
• Must be an individual legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Malaysian law.
• Has never been barred from using bet bola's services through a prior account termination.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• Not a bet bola employee, business partner, immediate family member of either, or any individual with access to internal information about the platform's operations.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on bet bola. Holding more than one account — whether under a different name, email address, phone number, IP address, or payment method — is a serious violation of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name as per your ID, an active email address, a Malaysian phone number, and your actual date of birth. Bet bola reserves the right to verify any of this information at any time.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your bet bola account password confidential.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone — including family members.
• Bet bola will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel.
• Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• You are solely responsible for all betting activity that takes place on your account.

Identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) may be required prior to your first withdrawal or when cumulative transaction amounts reach a certain threshold. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your identity card (MyKad) and proof of the payment method used.

All transactions on bet bola are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). bet bola does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency.

Accepted Deposit Methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay, FPX Maybank2u, FPX CIMB Clicks, FPX Bank Islam, FPX Public Bank, and other major Malaysian banks.

Bet bola does not accept third-party deposits. The payment method used for your deposit must be in your own name and match your registered account details. Any attempt to deposit funds using another person's name or payment method may result in your account being suspended.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific cases that have received prior approval from the bet bola support team.
• Bet bola does not charge any fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party financial service providers may impose their own charges.
• Bonus winnings may only be withdrawn after all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

All bets placed on bet bola are final once confirmed by the system. You may not cancel or modify a confirmed bet except in specific technical situations as outlined in bet bola's policies.

For Sports Betting, all odds displayed are those at the time the bet is placed. bet bola uses decimal format odds (e.g. 1.90, 2.05). Winnings are calculated based on the odds confirmed at the time the bet is placed.

• Sports Betting: Covers football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, UEFA Champions League, and more), badminton (BWF World Tour), e-sports (MLBB MPL Malaysia, Dota 2, CS2), and other sports.
• Live Casino: Covers baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and other table games with live dealers. All Live Casino game results are final.
• Virtual Sport: Simulation results are generated using certified RNG and cannot be disputed on the basis of random outcomes.
• Parlay Betting: Permitted for a maximum of 12 matches. Each selection must be from a different match.

Bet bola reserves the right to void or partially cancel bets under the following circumstances: an obvious technical error, incorrect odds data being published, an official match suspension, or evidence of match-fixing involving the relevant fixture.

Bet bola offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward both new and existing members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted. The wagering ratio typically ranges from 5x to 20x depending on the bonus type.
• The welcome bonus is exclusively available to new bet bola members who have not previously registered.
• Bonus expiry periods vary by promotion — typically between 7 and 30 days. Bonuses that expire without the requirements being met will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonuses may not be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the applicable promotion terms.

Bet bola's loyalty programme awards points for every bet placed. Points can be redeemed for credit bonuses, loss protection, or access to exclusive promotions. Loyalty points are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be directly converted to cash.

Use of the bet bola platform is subject to a strict prohibition on the following conduct. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination:

• Opening more than one account (account duplication) or assisting others in creating duplicate accounts.
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology that simulates human user actions.
• Attempting to exploit system errors, technical glitches, or unintended vulnerabilities in bet bola's software.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Placing coordinated bets with other parties to guarantee risk-free profits (bet arbitrage).
• Spreading false information, making defamatory statements, or posting harmful content about bet bola or other users.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to bet bola's systems, databases, or other users' accounts.

Bet bola reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any term outlined in this document.
• False or inaccurate registration information.
• Suspected activities related to fraud, money laundering, or identity theft.
• Requests by the relevant legal authorities.
• Member-initiated request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming programme.

When an account is terminated for legitimate reasons (not due to fraud or violations), any remaining balance will be returned to the member within 5 business days using the same payment method as the last deposit.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the bet bola support team. Account closure does not affect any valid pending winnings from settled bets.

Bet bola provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure continuous platform availability, we cannot guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical failures at all times.

Bet bola is not liable for losses arising from:

• Internet disruptions, server failures, or technical issues beyond our control that affect active bets.
• Valid bets placed and settled in accordance with these terms, even where they result in a loss.
• Unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the bet bola platform.

Bet bola's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Bet bola reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes via your registered email or in-platform notifications.

The latest version of these Terms & Conditions is always available on this page with a clearly displayed update date. Continued use of the bet bola platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
